& CONDITIONS
1/ city rewards program is developed and managed by
Pegasus Group Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 91 120 267 316) on behalf of
the City of Melbourne.
2/ Upon receipt of city rewards membership card,
a member will be entitled to benefits and offers associated with city rewards program for a period of twelve (12) consecutive
months from the issue date of the card, after which the member must
renew and pay another annual membership fee to enjoy continued access
to the benefits.
3/ Membership is open to any member of the public, over the
age of 18, upon the completion of the application form and full payment
of the annual membership fee.
4/ Benefits and offers provided through city rewards
program can only be redeemed within the stated timeframe of each offer.
5/ city rewards cards when issued are not transferable.
The Pegasus Group Australia Pty Ltd reserves
the right to suspend or terminate a membership if the card is misused
by a member, without any refund or reimbursements of the membership
fees.
6/ Lost/missing/damaged cards are not replaceable. Cards can
only be replaced if there was a manufacturing fault with the card
or if the personal information pertaining to the member printed on
the card is incorrect. Cards can only be replaced if the original
card is returned by post to Pegasus Group Australia Pty Ltd, c/o city rewards Program, Reply Paid 80206, Melbourne, Victoria 3004
(free postage within Australia)
7/ Pegasus Group Australia Pty Ltd, its
officers, staff and contractors will accept no liability to the member
arising from any act or omission of any third party that may offer
goods, services, discounts and/or benefits to the member in connection
with or in association with city rewards program.
8/ The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation
in the prize values, and the prizes are subject to the terms and conditions
of the participating service providers.
