TO BECOME A SUPPLIER

The city rewards program is managed by Pegasus Group Australia Pty Ltd with full support from City of Melbourne. It encourages all city businesses to support the city rewards program, to continue to showcase the vibrancy, sophistication and innovation of Melbourne. The target is for an increase in visitation numbers to Melbourne city on weekends and weeknights.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE
City businesses providing a retail or service in the Melbourne precinct (including Docklands) are invited to be part of the city rewards program. This include restaurants, bars, retail shops, entertainment venues and service providers.

PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
city rewards is supported by The City of Melbourne and through it's significant destination marketing campaigns and sponsorship of events provides ongoing marketing and promotional support to the program. Program Partners will benefit from various marketing channels including:

Editorial support including a regular editorial column in Melbourne Leader - the media partner of city rewards
Listing on the city rewards website
Inclusion in the weekly member e-newsletter
Access to city rewards point-of-sale material
Opportunity to access special advertising rates in Melbourne Leader
Opportunity to promote special events to members
Cross-promotions with major events either sponsored, owned or supported by the City of Melbourne and Destination Melbourne marketing campaigns

SUPPLIER OFFERS
To be accepted as a Program Partner, a business has to offer an attractive benefit to city rewards members. Benefits should be in the form of an exclusive privilege, that is not available to the public. The benefit/offer has to support the overall quality of the program.

The offer/benefit should also be attractive enough to entice a member to choose Melbourne city over other locations for their visit.

IS THERE A COST?
There is no cost to the business to be involved in the city rewards program - just the provision of an exclusive and attractive offer for city rewards members. The commitment period is typically for 12 months, but the program is open to offers of seasonal and rotating offers to maximise your involvement in the program.
